By downloading or using Magic Crop (henceforth referred to as the Software), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read this document carefully before using the software. If you register for a free trial of the Magic Crop: Select Edit Camera Software, these terms will also govern that trial. The terms also apply to any updates for the Software proved by Tetravoxel Limited (operating as Nuotrix), unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Magic Crop: Select Edit Camera Software. The Software requirements may change, and you will need to keep the software up to date if you want to keep using the Software. Tetravoxel Limited does not promise that it will always update the Software so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.
Tetravoxel Limited shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Tetravoxel Limited. “Nuotrix”, the Nuotrix logo, "Magic Crop: Select Edit Camera", the Magic Crop logo, and all related branding and imagery, are the property of Tetravoxel Limited.
Subscription payments will be charged to the account associated with your Apple ID at confirmation of your purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew and you will be charged unless auto-renew is turned off or unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription or trial period. Any unused portion of the current Subscription will be forfeited upon cancellation during the active period. The prices for both the annual and monthly subscriptions depend on your geographical region, and the cost of renewal depends on the Subscription Plan you choose. If a Subscription was obtained at a discounted price, this discount will be applied to all renewals taking place within one year from the date of purchase. Further renewals will occur at the standard price for the chosen Subscription Plan. Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed by going to Account Settings after purchase.
Tetravoxel Limited may update, change or modify this Terms of Use, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting. When we post changes to this Terms of use, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Software will signify your acceptance of these changes. We may also wish to stop providing the Software, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Upon any termination, any rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
